Plumbing Works:

• Disconnect of existing basin, toilet and shower including tapware.

• Plumbing of new shower mixer, shower slide in same position. 

• Replace existing shower with new low level shower tray and 2 Sided wall linings.

• Replace vanity in same position with new. 

• Replace toilet with new BTW toilet in existing position, minor allowance to change water inlet only.

• Final fit of shower, vanity, toilet and all tapware.

Remedial Works in Bathroom:​

• Remove existing bathroom fixtures after disconnections by Plumber and Electrician.

• Remove existing floor coverings on floor.

• Remove existing skirting, architraves and wall linings.

• Framing of new shower, vanity and accessories.

• Install new wall insulation providing there is building paper.

• Install new 10mm Green Aqua Gib to all walls.

• Install 60 x 18 Clear pine Trims as skirting and architrave

• Install 35mm Clear pine Scotia around bathroom ceiling and walls.

• Install all accessories on completion.

• Daily Clean

Decorating Bathrooms:

• 3 Coasts of Plastering on walls and ceilings.

• Priming of walls and ceiling.

• 2 Coats of painting of walls, ceiling and trims including door on one side.

Flooring Installation:

• Allowance for minor floor preparation, prior to vinyl flooring installation.

• Supply and delivery of new LVT vinyl flooring, 100% waterproofed

• Supply and install new floor strip.
